I have on another car that I store. I use "Battery Brain Platinum". It's remote controlled (two remotes). It will either divorce the battery, completely for storage or will alow current flow for you computer, clock etc., but as a theft deterent it will not allow starting of the engine. No screwing around......with the remote cotrol.........works without fuss!  for more info click here http://www.batterybrain.com/  corvette440hp2008-03-13 10:15:10

Howard....That sure looks like a neat set-up. I think i'll try it. Thanks for the info.

Larry, your suggested device looks great also, but will it fit into the Corvette battery box?

Thanks all...Rich

jayare, I plan to eventually work it out for my Vette. I did have to do a little extra work to get things perfect, I try for perfection (at least what I consider...perfection). The only thing is it's mounted on a furen car, (Lexus SC400)
