Thanks for all the replys guys, this forum is great.  I was able to fing the vacuum switch that the vacuum lines plug into and the vacuum hose kit but are you suppose to reuse your old rubber vacuum connector as I can't find a replacment.
 
 
Have any of you replaced you heater/ac vaccum lines with the kits from the parts houses, if so how do you connect into the factory rubber vacuum connector that plugs into the heater/ac controls?

The other number John listed is for the heater wiring harness.

That's a good question....no real answer for it, tho...
One way I've used is to remove the plastic end of the hose from the connector with a drill bit. Then, you can get plastic vac. fittings(used to "splice" rubber hoses together) and stick them back up into the hole there, and then attach the rubber hose to that. This would make more sense with pics, but I ain't got any.

It should always be running at a low speed, it is designed to run on a low voltage. My 77 fan always runs when the ignition is turned on.

Chevrolet called it AstroVentilation.  They do that.  Its normal.  All of them with A/C
