My blower changes speed throughout the low-high fan switch but doesn't seem to blow as hard as I would expect. AC temp is 60 degrees out of the vent but doesn't seem to have enough air flow to really cool down the interior. I have pulled the relay today and want to check it. There are 5 tabs, does anyone know which two are the coil side and which two are the contact side? I plan to put 12V on the coil and see if the contact side closes. Right now the two I am guessing to be the coil show continuity (good) and the contact two are open (not good). I want to be sure before I replace it.

There are three facing the same direction, and two the other direction. THe two different ones are the control circuit to actavite the relay. The tab with the purple wire is the feed to the blower motor. The red is constant battery power for high speed. The remaining wire is the low speeds input.
Don't expect a lot of air flow. None of them blow very hard. Mostly just keeps your feet cooler.
Thanks guys, I finally found the wiring diagram, that manual is not layed out well to find things. It is just as you said Ken. My coil side checks out good (continuity from O-Bk), the normal position good (continuity from B-P), my test battery is dead so I will need to get one today to activate the relay (O-Bk)and see if the contact closes for hi speed (R-P).

Update on relay. Relay tested good, apply 12VDC contact closes. Cleaned all contacts with emery cloth, reinstall, voila, fan blows stronger now. My guess is that the relay was good, but the connections for the contact side of the relay were dirty.
