Guys I have a differnet one for you. My signal lights were always working until a couple days ago. Now when I apply the brake both green arrows in the dash light up as well as well as all of the lights light up, or when the the headlights/driving lights are on they get brighter when the brake is applied. I assume that the fuse is good beacuse both the reverse lights work as well as the turn signal work when the break is applied. There is new sockets installed in the rear a month ago as well the flasher is good. The lever on the colum does nothing to turn them on or off. It moves into the position but thats it.

Gee....I've never heard of this one...
First, check to make sure your emergency/hazzard flasher button is not turned on. That will do the exact same thing, even tho the flashers are not flashing. If the flasher is burned out, the hazzards would not be flashing, but if the button is pushed in(or pulled out, whichever way it is), it will basically connect all of the turn sigs together, and light them up when you hit the brakes. Check that first...then check the grounds on the new sockets.
After that, the most common cause would be the turn signal switch itself...
