Vette(s): 1975 convertible,with the hard top and power streering.it a 350 L48 with auto trans. the color is light blue.
  The lite behind the seats dosen't work.You all gave me the part # for the lite and I install new a bulb.My under dash lites work could this lite be on a different fuse?

Nope...it's on the same fuse circuit. You prolly have a ground issue with the light housing, or it's not getting power to it for some reason.
