When I was solving my starting problem, I found a few wires that need to be plugged in.
Does anyone know where the mating end of this plug?
These are under the dash.
1. It says it the "wiper door Switch Connector"
It is a heavy gauge wire, 1 red, 1 red /white striped

( I do not have a wiper door )
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
2. Also, I have a single plug, brown wire, 12 ga. , that is called "radio capacitor conn. on Ign switch"
( no pic) What does this plug on too? It does not look long enough to reach the radio plus
I have no radio at this time.
I'm sure I will have more tomorrow night.
Thanks,
Joe

Tape em up, and faggeddaboutit. The one marked for the wiper door would have gone to the over-ride switch, under the steering column. The other one, for the capacitor, MAY have plugged into the fuseblock on an "IGN" terminal...not sure about that, tho. It may have had a capacitor stuck in it....

their are a lot of wires on the older vettes that go nowhere. on my last tranny conversion (1969 vet from auto to 5 speed i was dreading wiring the neutral safty switch to the clutch pedal from the center console - when i got to it the wire was already there all i did was plug it in)

I'm finding that out.
Electrical stuff is not my strongest.
Thankfully my neighbor has some knowledge , I am learning.
I need to check every thing now.
