Ok so I have the interior door panels off to fix the locks and pushrods that were not working and now putting the doorlock/alarm back together.. I know the alarm horn works as I popped the clamp behind the lock cylinder inside the door panel the alarm went off so that wiring works fine.... but now the white cylinder that goes around the lock sylinder before or after the pawl and the E or C clamp that locks on the end. One fo the corvette stores tech siad the sequence is the lock cyclinder then the lock pawl then the white alarm cylinder then the C clamp in that order, but trying that it doesn't seem to fit right... I have it in this order. The lock cylinder then the alarm white circle with wire harness then the lcok pawl then the C clamp... but in tryinig the alarm I cannot get it to go off.... I was told it will activate if the dor is locked and someone try to raise the hood then the hood relay will set off the alarm until it is turned off by unlocking the door alarm??? Any input would be greatly appreciated... I cannot find a good schematic of the proper sequence of parts???? Thanks BB 78
