Hi Guys, I've been tidying up my engine bay while I have my engine out and have everything spic and span now.  PO must have had a short as the firewall wiring harness was stripped of its wrapping.  Harness for the Alternator and front lights is OK.  Problem is that there are two modules bolted to the firewall directly in front of the driver.  The front one is noted in my AIM as a TCS which has been disconnected from the gearbox and ignition system cause it's a PITA.  The other one closest to the fire wall I can't find listed anywhere.

It has two terminals and has "Littlefuse" printed on it so I'm assuming it is a bimetallic fuse (Resets itself after it cools).  Does anyone know what it is for?

That would be a self resetting circuit breaker.   I don't know offhand what it is, but you could easily disconnect it and see what does not work.   It might be for the high speed fan blower.kstyer38920.7768634259

Thanks Ken, I just thought some may have seen them before.  I will be seeing what DOESN'T work when I get my engine back in.  I may even have to just connect all the power bits while the engine is out and do some trouble shooting.  I'm presuming it's nothing important so will just keep working on the important stuff.

Sounds like a power winder relay/breaker. Does your car gots power winders?
