I just serviced the washer bottle on my 78. There are no liquid leaks, seems that all vacuum lines are connected and I even went as far as to check the fuse(ok).....But no fluid......Ah yes, the wipers do work.

I'm open to any and all tips, experiences, help etc. I've been thru the forum and cannot find any thing that would seem to help.

Your wiper washer is electric. There is a small motor attached to the bottom of the fluid reservoir. When you push the "Wash" button, it pumps the washer fluid thru the lines to the wiper arms.
Listen for the motor running when you push the wash button. They are usually loud enough to hear. If you don't hear it running, then you'll need to check for power & ground at the motor connector( with the connector dis-connected from the pump motor) while pushing the wash button(key on, of course). If you have power(12v) & ground at the connector, your washer pump motor has prolly washed it's last load...
If you do NOT have 12v at the connector, then we've gotta do some wiring checks, such as 12v at the switch, to start with.
