You can buy any of the NCRS TIM/JG manuals without joining NCRS. Actually, you can purchase any of the manuals, or other "goodies" without joining...
I think the Judging guides are a great source of info, whether you're going for Judging or not.

Well I hit it with a hammer a few times and sprayed a bunch of WD40 in it, we'll see what happens. I'll let it set till tomorrow. I did find a little "A" stamped on it so I guess it's an A note horn. Has Delco Remy and a # so it may be the original. Thanks for the link Joel...may have to buy some stuff from them.
