Does anyone know where the horn relay switch on a 78 is at?

If I remember right it's on or near the fuse box...

The horn relay will indeed be hangin' 'round the fuse box. Some are literally just hanging there.

Yep!!!! Went out and crawled under the dash and there it was hanging there right by the fuse box. It scares me when I get one of these questions because I can't shake out of my head untill I go and dig around on my own car to find the answer.
But I'm glad I can help and wouldn't want to steer anyone wrong.
Sorry it took awhile
