Is there a main power relay that feeds the fuse box? Over the past year I have had a recurring problem of losing power ( electric ) then having it mysteriously reset itself.

If there is one or more relays responsible for feeding power to the main fuse box, please tell me where and how many there are so I might replace them all.

No, there is not.  Check for poor connections at the battery and fusiable links.  Corrosion can cause this problem, so can loose connections.   A battery with a internal problem can also cause this.

No relays there. The only main power protection devices are the fuse-links, by the starter. There are other fuse links on the car, but the ones coming off of the starter are the important ones.
I have seen the link be bad one time, and work later.
Had a '78 in the shop recently, that had the same symptoms. Would start one minute, and not the next. No power at all... I traced it to the fuse link, and if you wiggled it, it would make contact, but if you pulled on it, it would loose it. Replaced the link, and all was good.

On the wiring from the starter, there should be two fuse links. One red with a white stripe wire, and the other, a solid red wire. The red/white stripe is for the headlights. The solid red splits into three other systems. Two of those go to the ign. switch, and the other powers one side of the fuse box.
The fuse links are normally about 6"-8" up from the large terminal on the starter, in the wiring loom.
With the problem you are having, I would suggest replacing both of them, if you determine that is indeed the source of the power loss. You can get new fuse links at most parts houses, just make sure you get replacements that are the same amp rating.

That sounds like it should be the culprit. I will get two new ones and change them out and keep my fingers crossed.
