Ok after removing about 10 pounds of wiring and stuff (anyone need a used aftermarket alarm?) Ive narrowed down the horn problem to one wire....The red one coming out of the relay. It goes up into a big harness then??? anyone know where it goes?
Now the widshield wiper. I think Ive got that one down to the switch. Ive got it out and was checking continuity through it. Ive got it when I press for the water spray, that does work, but nothing from it when I move it to slow or fast, witch doesnt work. Does that sound about right or am I missing soething.
Thanx
Glenn

Glen, the red wire according to the diagram I have is the hot wire. It goes to a junction that branches off from the fuse panel to the horn relay, directional signal switch and also to the light switch. So, if it's just the horn, I'd guess an open from that junction to the relay. You can tell for sure if the relay has no power going to it. Should be a dark green going to the horn it's self, the black wire goes to the steering column. Sounds like the switch on the washers to me. Check for power with a test light.

Sweet thanks man. Any idea if the motor is able to be turned by hand for the wipers? I think it may be froze. I figured out the horn. it was a bad contact from the spring to the little brass or copper pieces in the steering column
