This weekend is Vettes by the Shore (June 10-12) so last Friday I was gonna start preparing the car, hadn't been started for 2 weeks.  Opened the car door interior lights come on (always a good sign) stick key in ignition-place foot on clutch- turn key and all lights go dark, get battery charger let charge for a short time and repeat above, even in the start mode on the charger when the key goes to the start position all becomes dark. Tonight I will take the battery out of the truck and try it in the Vette It just can't be the starter. Oh yes there is not even a click from the silanoid. Just to replace the starter it means removing the right ram air duct - to get to the air cond bracket - to get to the header bolts - to get to the starter. Don't you just love MURPHY.

I believe in "Irving's Law"...that states Murphy was an optimist.
