If the wires are pink and white they go to the window washer pump. Orange has been predominently alarm wires in my car as LukesVette noted above. If you take off the panel that is between the frame and the body its pretty easy to see in there from under the car to reconnect the window washer plug. It is located on the bottom of the tank.  Hope it still works.  I had to replace my pump last year to get past inspection because the pump quit.  Its a cheap part by that I mean not a hundred bucks!
