If there is anyone with electrical knowledge out there, please help with an answer. I have the 79 electrical schematics and trouble shooting manuals, but I am not having any luck.
I have gutted the complete interior, except the dash and console, replacing with all new, and re-dying the hard vinyl pieces. I just discovered the headlights do not work after I did this. The console guages are out, and I am sure I unplugged a couple of areas.
I have the security wires for the T-Top plugs out, ready for new pieces. The interior lights are not working either. The tail lights, turn signals, flashers work.
I am thinking ground somewhere?
I can't see anywhere I could have interrupted the headlight operation, unless something is unplugged that I do not understand.
Any help would be appreciated.

Check the fuses (courtesy lights are on an individual fuse) and more likely, a ground was probably disturbed.

My '76 is probably different but I emailed a pic to you of a relay and mount that caused me problems...
