The only way I know of without unbolting the mount is to pull the boots off the end of the wires, and then snake them through. Silicon spray will help get the boots off & on. Good luck!!!

If they are the stock size wires you can snake them through the mounts without taking the mounts off/loose. I have done it several times in the past. You do need to get under the car. But it is NOT easy, and impossible without the silicone or WD40. If the wires are larger then stock OEM, you need to loosen the mount.
The first time I did them on My 73 I cut the plug ends off the old plug wires and taped the new plug wires (after removing the boots) to them and pulled the old wires out as I snaked the new wires in to place. It was a pain and would have been easier if I would have had a helper.
