Before I run to the store can someone tell me the part # for the parking and the light that lights up when you use the turn signal to light up the corner? I looked in my aim an it only gives a GM#.Thanks.

zgator, the bulb is Sylvania # 1157A. That's the basic replacement bulb. But you have two other options:

1157AST, which is a Sylvania Silverstar bulb

or

1157ALL, which is a 'long life' bulb--which will give you up to twice the bulb life as the standard 1157A.

For you and any other readers out there, you can go to Sylvania.com; click on the "Automotive Lighting" button; and then plug in your car's info. You'll get a complete list of all the bulbs that the vehicle has.

Hope this helps.

Wow that cool. Thanks for the part#!!! This is for the side of the car not the front. It's a real pain getting under there. Ok, I went out and crawed under the car. From what I can see,It looks like I have to take out the assembly to get to the bulbs. Would thi be right? All I see is a plastic covering with an electial plug going into it. Am I looking at the right place. It's hard to get under there because of the bottom spoiler and it's easy to get turned around. Please let me know before I go any futher. Thanks.zgator2007-07-22 17:18:10

ZGATOR,  IF I REMEMBER RIGHT, THE SOCKET THAT HOLDS THE BULB SHOULD JUST TWIST AND THEN COME OUT, BULB AND ALL.  THEN JUST REPLACE THE BULB, PUT BACK INTO LIGHT ASSMBLY AND TWIST BACK INTO POSITION.....

That's right, twist the bulb holder and pull out. It helps if you turn the front wheels so you can reach in there easily. There are 2 bulbs there the 1157 is for the white lamp that comes on when the blinker is on, the small one is for the amber side marker.

I looked and must have seen something else. The part I saw did not have the regular blub socket. In other words there is no place where I can just twist and pull the blub like all cars have. It was a cover and the wire plug plugged in to it. No scoket holes for the bulbs. Was I looking in the wrong spot. I want my corner light to work. Let me know if I was looking at something else. This is embaressing!!!! Like I said I looked at my AIM first but it didn't detail it, thats why I came to you guys.

You can't see the plug from under the car, it's on top of the housing.

Turn the wheel inwards so you can look in there, and reach in and feel on top of the housing. The large hole is for the white light, the small hole is for the side marker (amber). Hope these pictures help, this the housing only.
