If you send Lars a PM on the "Corvette Forum", he will email you all kinds of detailed technical papers on ignition and carburetor tune-up and repair. One paper in particular called "How to install your Chevy distributor" will tell you how to check your timing mark for top dead center.

A warm boot (start). The problem was in the wrong setting timing. Second starter has to problem with rotation. When we made an adjustment timing ( go back "before") motor working good and start is to very well.
