I want to clarify something, I get voltage to the starter, because the engine will fire up and run most of the time. What I see when cranking, is when the car is in neutral, I have the clutch engaged and while cranking, I have to quickly release the clutch when it begins to fire, then gas it and it will run and idle. While running, I pulled each wire to check for spark and the spark was good. What puzzles me is when I shut it off, and try to recrank it, it doesn't want to crank, and when it tries to run, the engine will shake violently like one of the cyclinders is not firing. Like I say, this is a puzzle.

Thanks fellows for all the info and help.
I finaly found out what the problem was.
I pulled the starter off and all of the studs on the silenoid were very loose.
That is why some times I would get 6-9 volts at the coil with the switch on and sometimes 0.7 volts.
Tighten them up , put starter back on, and she runs like a charm.
