According to the diagram on my '74, the turn sig. wire will be the blue wire. On the pass. side, it is dark blue, and on the drivers side, light blue. This is the color on the "vehicle" side of the connector. It shows that both of the wires are light blue from the connector to the light, itself. Just tie into the blue wire for the turn sig.(led) you are adding. The brown wires are the park lights, and the black wires are ground. The '75 shop manual is the same as the '74, with an extra "addendum" to cover the '75 specifics. Hope this helps!

Ok (looking at my wiring diagram) So if I tie into the dk blue wire going to both prk dir sig lp (the front turn indicators not the ones on the side) and just run the other lead to ground I should be good to go? Before I just went from the side lamp to my brn wire. I just checked my new diagram again (man that thing is handy) and it seems that that wire goes to the light switch. I think Im seeing the light here. Thanx all Ill try it this weekend and let yall know what happens
Again thanx for the help

Connecting to the blue wire, and to ground will supply a LED that blinks with the turn signal on the front of the car. The black wire on the light socket is the ground.
Sorry I didn't get back to you sooner. I haven't been on for a few days. Hectic week.
