When I replaced the wiring harness, I did clean everything up on the fuse block, but I'm going to yank that puppy off one more time tonight to look at the back of the fuse panel where that blade goes in.

good news and bad news:
Bad - all clean, nothing deformed, etc at the bulkhead and still no power...
Good - not the way I wanted to do this but I have concluded that I must have a fried wire inside the fuse panel and I am NOT ready to re-wire the dash!! Nipped the 2 white wires for the wiper and pump and ran them with an inline fuse to the hot side of the wiper terminal and.............
We're wiping and squirting again.
I didi the wire work by the bulkhead to keep it out of sight...

Ah well, an almost perfect installation of my new harness...every child has a birthmark somewhere....even the Lukester...

thanks for all the direction and ideas guys!
