I am having trouble locating a short or something that is causing my horn to stay on. I have just reorderd a new pin and spring for the button, I think the tilt/tele spring housing is grounding out to the column, am I missing something....... |headscratch|

Make sure that when you replace the upper contact or "pin" you cut it to length (as per instructions). If it is too long it will make constant contact causing the current to flow continously |thumb|
