Gotta quick question or two regarding the changing of my right turn signal indicator bulb that flashes the green arrow on the the small panel between the speedo and tachometer????
Is the complete removal of the dash assy required in order to change the bulb????
Or can the buld be replaced by removing the speedo/tach cluster?????
Any and all help is appreciated.

You can slide the speedo/tach cluster forward - did it on the Lukester and actually rebuilt the entire cluster with a new PC and all new bulbs and lens. Worthwhile considering while you have it out....

I completely agree...while you have the cluster out replace every bulb there. They're most likely all the same age and you don't want to pull the cluster out any more than you have to. Bulbs are cheap...the cursing you do for having to do it again lasts a long time!
While you're in there, be careful of the printed circuit as it's easy to damage.

I concure with the guys above. While in there might as well change them all. May save you a job in the future. !!

Not sure if the cluster is the same as the later model C3 clusters but if it is you may have difficulty in pulling it out enough to get behind it without lowering the steering column. If you run into this problem, use some masking or duct tape to cover the top of your steering column to keep from scratching it. Loosening the two bolts under the column near the headlight override switch will allow the column to move down enough to get the cluster out. If you have to lower the column. Be sure to loosen the two nuts where the column goes through the floor, this will allow it to drop a little more without putting undue stress on the column, bearings, or coupler. Disconnecting the speedo cable at the back of the cluster will also give you a little more room to work.

Sorry - omitted that point. 4 screws and 2 bolts is all it takes to drop the steering column...
