My turn signals all seem to be working normally except there is no sound except one click when first turned on and they seem to blink a little faster. The dash indicators are working and front and rear exterior lights are all working, just no sound. Do I need a new flasher?
Thanks, Dave

It's probably the flasher but also check the gronds. If you have LED bulbs, you need to change to an electronic flasher or put those resistors in the line to the tail lights.

Have you tried them with the parking lights on? With the park lights(or headlights, too) on, the front side marker lights will flash alternately from the front sigs. This adds a little more resistance to the circuit, and may slow the flash speed down. Without the park/headlights on, the side marker do not flash when turning at all.
Also, a bad/loose/compromised ground could cause a fast flash rate, even with all of the turn sig lights working properly.
At any rate, it do sound like the flasher may prolly need to be replaced.

Bought a new "Loud" flasher from Autozone ($12, American made) and it looks like I am back in business as far as turn signals go. And Joel, good point about the side markers. I checked and one of them is burned out. Thanks, guys.
