What would cause the volt/batter gauge not to work? I see that it's a printed circuit. Could it be one of the connections on the circuit has broken? I tried looking at my electrical diagram and got a little confused about how it feeds the gauge. Does anyone have any experience in these that they could lend? I'd appreciate it. Thanks, George

You'll need to have the cluster loose from the console to check, but you can "back-trace" from the gauge/light to the center connector, to test the circuit. You really need a multi-meter with "Amp" capabilities, as the gauge measures amps, not voltage.

Well...I take that last statement back...the later cars may only show voltage...
