I also have 5 port that is not working, and not that handy yet with a wrench looking at maybe doing something over the winter. Where did you find the replacement 5 port at 70vette? ALso how much to have it repaired yellowlt1?

I had mine repaired by the "Wiperman" for $200. For that you get a rebuilt washer pump, rebuilt wiper motor and everything looks brand new when you get it back. However -----
If you just want it to work and think you can clean it up yourself(my first choice actually) I think you can probably fix it or at least figure out whats wrong with it by reading this thread for tips. If the wiper motor is turning and your switch (had to remove and clean mine) and electrical connections are good and your washer piston is going up and down (look at the piston with a flashlight and you can see the piston moving thru the plastic or remove the 5 port cover and watch it moving)and all your hoses are good then it might be a cracked piston (see previous post) or a bad "o" ring (see previous post). My problem was a bad O ring but I could not figure out how to remove the piston (see previous post). Or you can just spend $200 and send it to "Wiperman" (see previous post for e-mail address).
Good luck. It is very cool to have it working.

I got the pump off of ebay. I have been looking for one for about 3 years. They are very rare. I found two at Carlisle this year. One was broke and the other looked bad. They wanted $325 for each. I got mine off of ebay for $300 and it looks like it was never used. There is no wear at all on it. I really did not want to pay 300 dollars for a washer pump. The only reason I did is because a lot of people at show say someting about my old one not being original. Plus I figured that as the years go on they are not going to get any cheaper. Also, I contacted Wiperman and he told me that if you wanted to rebuild the pump only it would be $125.00 plus 10.90 shipping, handling and insurance. If you have any questions let me know. I must have taken mine apart 10 times this week. I think I could do it in my sleep.
