Window Washer Pump

How does the pump remove from the the bottom of the tank?

I haven't had to do one yet. But from what I've read, it's easier to unbolt the master cylinder from the brake booster and gently move it out of the way just enough to slide the tank out from the top. 
There are 2 pieces to the washer bottle. The neck extension and the tank. 
Once the tank is out you will be able to replace the pump.
There is a plastic nut inside the tank that holds the pump to the tank. A extension and 7/8" socket should do the trick.
