Mike(mkapp7879) might be able to answer this better, but it is probably wires for the rear speakers. The foil stuff is normally used as (RFI)shielding on certain types of circuit wires.

Aftermarket radio stuff? Maybe for an amp or CD changer or an additional speaker box. I don't seem to recall anything like you describe. Nothing like that for a factory CB unit, either. Do you have rear speakers? Take a cover off and see if the wires appear in the vicinity. Mike
it goes toright rear,the wires in side sleeving are very thin, would think it could'nt power a amp. as for speakers, not what i would use.wire are about the same as you get on personnel stereo mobile sets??
still its cut off both ends,so let hope it go away.
