When replacing the lower left interior courtesy light, the bare wire behind the socket hit the metal bracket. That shorted-out all the lights. All the fuses check good. Is there a separate fuse for these lights? Thanks...

Vette(s): 1975 C3 Red, T-Tops, Black Interior. All I need is time and money! Getting there!
Double check the fuses. It just about has to be the problem.

The courtesy lights I beleive are on the same fuse as the cigarete lighter and clock too, those old fuses can look good, but on closer examination can be blown, its a good idea too replace them all if you can |thumb|

Did the same thing. It is the top most fuse on the left side. Almost can't get your hand on it. I had to use a tool to get it in and out. Simple fix.

Thanks. Everybody was right. I had checked the 2 lower CB's. The upper left one has "CTSY"(or something close) and was dusty- hence I didn't see it....
