Replaced all new hoses, valve and cylinder, filled pump, turned lock to kock -let it set, refilled pump twice now - no leaks but level is still low - HOW much fluid does the system hold ? next filling will bring it near a Quart that I added
Thanks

I don't know for sure, but I'n sure its quite a bit because it takes a while to bleed all the air out of the system. Those steering valves can hold quite a bit, plus you have the resivor for the pump and the fluid in the lines.
