Hey Guys,
The front end on my 72 is apart for some spring work, making this the perfect time to redo the ball joints (needed or not). Instead of spending $80+ for a set from a dedicated Vette superstore, could I do better by going to a good parts house, i.e. Autozone or Pepboys? Does Moog or Napa produce ball joints for our applications? Are any of you savvier wrenches doing this already? Thanks.

When I did my suspension work this year I ordered most of my stuff from Corvette Central. Some of the components actually were from Moog.
For balljoints, you can pretty much get 'em anywhere. Start local. Go "bigger" if you have to.
