Front driver side caliper locks as soon as brake pedal is depressed but does not release when pedal is released.
The only way to release the caliper is to remove the wheel and crack the bleeder screw.
Any feeback on this issue would be appreciated. It would seem logical that the caliper was siezed but the fact that it immediately releases once the bleeder screw is opened is a bit confusing.

This is a common problem caused by the inside of the rubber hose collapsing. Had me going the first time too!

I agree..the hose can collapse on the inside, and allow fluid to travel in one direction, but not the other.
I'd have to recommend replacing the hose.

Hose on mine did same thing.
I'd actually suggest replacing them (the lines) all with the SS replacements. You're gonna have to bleed the system as it is you might just as well do it all at once....
