Yup, did it on my 78,wasn't too bad, don't try to dissasemble the old stuff, just cut it apart and chuck it,use new fittings, the hardest part, was the junction in the left rear, next to the trailing arm, just take your time,it'll be fine

Backed my 81 up in the driveway before Christmas to put up Christmas lights on the house, the brake pedal went to the floor. I'm waiting for a break in the weather to replace all brake lines MC & Booster, calipers are > 2 years old.
Anyway, please send any tips and photos
When you replace your flex lines be sure and use braided steel lines. They are so much beter than rubber. They will give a harder pedal feel because they will not expand that little bit that rubber does. You will feel the difference. Got em, love em. Oh by the way just a little heads up on the booster replacement. The top left nut on the inside is a real pain to get back on. At least on my 76 it was. Have fun ,take your time, ask any and all the questions you want. Info here is free.
