Vette(s): 1976 coupe with a custom body and a 396 big block with nitrous installed. Runs great!!
If the brake flex lines are old I would change them. One might have collapsed causing the other to grab. If you do decide to change them do yourself a big favor(unless you want NCRS correct) and use stainless flex lines. You will definatly experience a solid improvment of the brake pedal firmness. I do this on all my vehicles.

I (Mustang Sally) replaced the front rotors, pads, calipers, and brake lines this week end. The problem was a stuck caliper.

Now that you asked, there was some swearing, but thankfully no bleeding.
The only thing I need to find is a brake hose clip. I've looked around and can't find 1 without having to buy a whole set.
