I have a noise coming from the right wheel. So with the advice I was given by some folks here I figured out it was my universal joint.I going to change all of them, but what I need to know is this:I have acess to a drive on lift can I change the universals with this kind of lift?

You certainly can, but remember...the half-shafts are part of the suspension, so they will have some tension on them, whether the car is in the air, or on the ground(lift runners). If the lift you use has one of those jacks that slides back/forth on the rails of the lift, It would be best to raise the frame up a little to help take some of the pressure off of the shafts when you remove them.
Just be aware that the shafts will have some pressure on them when you remove the flange bolts, and the inner u-joint caps...

I just looked at Brian's pic...that's the jack I was referring to...

I agree with Adam. When you unbolt the half shafts, they are bound to shif/move away from the yokes a bit. The jack may be necessary so you can maneuver the trailing arm assembly / half shaft back into the yokes.

Do you have a large enough vice or access to a press to remove and install the joints in the shafts?

Remember to support the flanges when you press out the U-joints.  It is pretty easy to bend or break them.
I always lift the car off the wheels.  Then the trailing arm assemblies try to swing in against the half shafts, but only with the weight of the assembly, so you can easily push it out as needed.

once the shafts are out check the diff yokes and make sure neither one comes out of the diff.  our cars are bad about wearing the end off the inside of the shaft and dropping the snap ring
