You can run the rack manually - you can just leave the plugs in the rack that cover the two ports where the power steering hoses hook up. There is quite a bit of resistance however. Some of the resistance is due to the pressure built up inside the rack by the seals moving back and forth. Some people have rigged a hose going from the pressure port to the return port to equalize the pressure, but you do not have to.

the kit goes up in price April 1st..

so if anyone has plans to buy..  now would be the time..

it would cost you 1156 -10% = 1040.40 now.. 

or 1249 after april 1...  ie thats $209 saving
