Front rebuild

Vette(s): 1979, Targa Blue (72 Color), Pace Car rear spoiler, L88 hood, Dark blue factory interior, 525HP 406, HD 700R4, 370 gears,Steeroids, composite rear spring, TT IIs wrapped in T/A Radials.
Sounds way high. Shocked I converted to a rack and pinion for $1200....installed myself though.
 
Little trick on removing the front a arm bushings - I used and air chisel with a flat blunt blade and applied pressure against the lip of the bushing sleeve by wedging it against the arm itself.     PRESTO!!!      They walked out like they were buttered up! Just be careful not to burr up the hole that the bushings sit in.

Air chisel is the only way to go unless you have a press.  We have done several.  Also just installed a rebuilt steering box and flexible coulper.  Now its like I am really driving her and not just herding her down the road.
