My Tele part is loose. The little tab that slides back and forth keeps wanting to slide to the left and that makes my wheel pull in and out. Is this and easy, moderate, or hard fix and is it $$$$. I could bubba it with some tape
So it looks like all I have to do is pop my horn button off? I only saw one screw if that all there is to it?
That was an "after" picture for clarity. Here's a before pic.
Take it down past the small screws in the star, then turn the star clockwise a notch or two and put the screws back in and test. A little dab 'l do ya.

Yep...remove the two screws, turn the star a bit to the right(clockwise), and replace the screws...just as stated above!
Thanx for the nice pics, btw, Kevin!

No problem.

I often take sequences of pictures during dissassembly so I can remember later how to put things back together! Sad isn't it???

Thank God for digital cameras. They have saved my bacon a number of times!

If you haven't done it already, disconnect the battery.
Your neighbors will thank you.
Trust me on this one.
