Can I use C-5 front suspension components on my 82 chassis?

Is there benefit to this conversion?

This was a recent post. You can but some big dollars involved.

Corvettes and women are the same...You want to make love to them but they keep breaking down.

There would be a weight savings. Larger tires and wheels can be used. Better brakes. Better handling. Lots of bucks...........
