Vette(s): 1969 C3 Coupe. Was an L-46 now a ZZ3 w/M-21 4-speed, manual steering and brakes, 3.70 Posi. Red with Balck interior, non-numbers matching.
I apologize if this is a repeat question, but I haven't been able to find any info searching the archives.
I am the pround new owner of a 69' coupe with manual steering and brakes. I am considering installing power steering to make this car a little easier to manuver at low speeds. From what I can tell, this looks like a bolt-on swap and can be reversed at any time. Can anyone give me a brief overview of what is involved and what parts I would need to get (pump, cylinder, lines etc).
I'm sure someone out here has done this swap in the past-Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks!
Elm.

Vette(s): 1975 C3 Red, T-Tops, Black Interior. All I need is time and money! Getting there!
You have listed most of it. The pump, mounting brackets, drive belt and pully, hoses, and then the center link and control valve, as well as the power steering piston. The OEM on my 75 uses a different steering box, with a quicker turning ratio than manual steering in the same year. That is not necessary for a change over.
