You "believe" it did?

Sounds like you might need to take it to a general repair shop, or, better yet, to your local 'Vette shop, if you have one. Without actually seeing it, its really hard to know what it is you "believe" you messed up!

There are several things that could have been improperly installed. Hard to say what without eye-ballin it, myself. Maybe someone else can put a finger on it for ya.

If you're not concerned about keeping the original pump, you can just replace it, but its a crap-shoot on getting one that will actually fit correctly.

Joel, thanks for responding. I haven't installed anything yet. just took it apart. the shaft was turning before I took it apart. I don't know why it is not turning now. don't want to put any more time into it if I can't repair it.
