I need to change out a leaking hose on my power steering - one of the small ones. I have decided to change all four hoses while I'm there(4 hose kit)
QUESTIONS:
*Any thing special I need to know that is not covered in the shop/repair manual(s)?
*Where is the best place to buy - price and quality?

Change the hoses one at a time, so there's no confusion on what goes where! 
Any of the 'Vette supliers will have the hoses, prices should all be comparable. Try one of our sponsoring vendors, and get a discount!
