I am about to start a rebuild on my brakes.  Convert over to o-rings and install new rotors.  I want to make sure I measure the runout to get my rotors and spindle parallel.  What is the amount of tolerance I should have ?  I read .003 thousands of an inch, but cannot find that article anymore.  In the near future I am having my wheel bearings done, so this is a practice setup.

Thanks Joel, that helps a lot.  I want to do a good job and write an article for shark bytes about the rotors and converting to o-rings in the calipers.
