I will be undertaking some suspension work on my '79.
I am more interested in a good driver than ensuring that every bit and piece is as-original.
Anyone have suggestions or reccomendations on shocks??
I am considering Konis or Bilsteins, in addition to O.E.M.s.
Thanks.

I put KYB shocks on the back of our 79 a few years ago and kept the originals on the front. Haven't put many miles on the car but they seem to work well and seem compatible with the oem's.

Delco stayed with what GM thought was best... They handled the Tail Of The Dragon fine. Thats probally as rough as it will ever get!
