Does anyone have any experience with Speed Direct's "Shark Bite" front coil overs (http://www.speeddirect.com/index.aspx?nodeID=70)?

If so; what I'd be looking for in such a conversion is improved ride quality; improved cornering ability is less important (although, of course, I wouldn't want anything that would diminish, or at least much diminish, the car's stock system's handling).

Will I get a smoother-than-stock ride with this system? Or not?

I've started looking into the coil over kits myself.  Sounds pretty sweet.  If I get them I'll probably wait until they have the rear ready to go as well.  I'm debating whether to go that route or get the front monospring instead.  Both sound pretty nice, but I'm leaning towards coilovers.

I thought about the front mono spring, too, but decided against it based on ground clearance issues. An undercar picture I have of an installed system shows that the spring mounting brackets look MIGHTY CLOSE too the ground (maybe three/three and a half inches). To me, that's simply too close for a street-driven car.
I started this post trying to find out if the coil overs will definitely deliver a smoother ride, but still haven't found out. I'm not sure they will, and if not, I'll just stick with my stock setup.

I don't see any further discussion on front coil-overs..........
Did everyone give up or go with the monospring?

I decided not to do anything for now. Since a softer ride is my first priority, and I still haven't been able to find out if the coil overs will provide it, I can't see spending the money until I would lnow for sure.
