i bought goodyear f70-15 tires for my 69.. they look way too small. the rim is about 9 inches wide. will this tire fit and or handle properly?

F-70-15 tires were the standard size for '69, on 9" rims. You should be good to go with them. New tires often look "thin" when not mounted, as compared to what you're used to seeing with them on the car.
