245/60R15's My spare had the rubber but the rim was(and still is) completely AWOL. I'm REALLY about that bit from the P.O. Very frusturating, but I still love the car =)

I know this is an old post and you probably got new tires by now but just wanted to throw in my .02 When I got the white princess, the tires were actually GR70-15
That was just 3 years ago. After some research, I decided on BFG P225 70R15s. The brand itself didn't matter as much as the size. P225 70s are the closest to stock. If the tire was too wide, I was concerned with it rubbing the body. Also, the wider tires tend to catch every groove and irregularity in the road, causing you to hold the steering wheel tighter and fighting to keep the vehicle in a straight line. If I ever upgrade the suspension and steering, I'd probably go with wider tires....
