You lucky SOB...
I wouldn't want to see your bill for all that.
P.S. I'm not too far behind you. I just got a call from the race shop today.
My frame is finished.
Now I just have to make room in the garage for it.
Good luck buddy.

I've saved a lot of my receipts, but many have been lost over the years, I can only guess what mine cost me so far.
Have either of you guys projected what you'll end up spending? Including original purchase I'm in mine between 20 and 25k and very broke at the moment!
I'm estimating another 3 g's to finish it.

The only thing different between a man and a boy is the price of the toys!
I don't want to know how much I have put into my car. I do stuff the receipts in a drawer in case I need to fiqure it out someday. I hope my wife never finds that drawer.

I've been on the same path for the past few months as most of you. It seems that I have to do it right the first time which leads to many dollars spent. There are worse hobbies...........

Dave,
No clue on that one, I've been purchasing parts over the past four years, and storing them in my garage cabinets. Probably clost to the 10 large mark now, and the frame isn't even together yet.
Good luck guys.

I figure that by the time im done i will have spent 15K on the restoration/modification
with steeroids at 1.1K
suspension parts at 2K
6 spd at 2.5K
side pipes at 1.2K
new front cap at 1K
it starts to add up quick
