Recently on the internet I encountered a  picture of a wheel that, in my opinion is made for my Corvette. Problem is.... this wheel is part of an unrelated article that has nothing to do with wheels.

I would like to post this photo on the forum and see if anybody recognizes the brand name of this beautiful wheel. ....need computer advise !!

I need to get this pic. out of "my photos" and on to the forum or to cut the photo off the web and paste on the forum.....no luck yet.

Can this be done and if so, how ???

Thanks....Rich

The first step in the process is to upload the picture to an internet server.  There are alot of picture hosting sites out there but you can also upload the picture to your Personal File Folder area here on the site.  The link to the PFF area is located on the "My Account" menu tab/page.  Please be kind to those of us who do not have high speed internet access and keep the picture size to a maximum of 400 pixels  (400x??? or ???x400).  Larger pictures can be referenced by either a URL link or using a smaller image as a "hot link" to the larger one.

The second step to insert the picture into your post.  Near the box where you type your message text you will find a link labeled "Forum Codes".  Click on it and you will see most of the syntax available for posting messages, pictures, links, and more.

Type away and check how you're doing by clicking on the "Preview Post" button.  When you're happy with what you are seeing click on the "Post Message/Reply" button.

If you need any help feel free to ask.
